November 24th, 2000 - I was able to locate the cover preview for StDA #23, go to the News Section to view it. As always, the summary for that issue can be accessed there too, but it really has extreme spoilers this time, so beware!

November 23rd, 2000 - Added some cool backgrounds taken directly from the incredibe 20th issue of StDA! Also made some adjustments to the backgrounds that were already in place to improve on their visual quality.

November 22nd, 2000 - StDA #20 hit shelves today, and I have added a high res full size scan of Ashley Wood's cover to the Gallery.

November 21st, 2000 - Brought the Devil's Pawn Tavern online today, its a graphically pleasing message forum designed for Fans to offer feedback on this site and talk about the StDA issues as they come out. Also did alot of work on the coding so no matter what resolution you are using, everything is centered and placed as it should be.

November 21st, 2000 - Added a VERY special preview image for issue #21 of StDA to the News section. Todd Broeker, new colorist for the book starting with #19, will be helping me bring you some great stuff for this site, so be sure and check back often to catch it all.

November 20th, 2000 - !! Jay Fotos Dark Ages Artwork !! has been added to the Fanart Section. You can also read my words inspired by the image so be sure and check it out.

November 11th, 2000 - Site is Born!!!
FULL ENTRY:

Today this 'Spawn: The Dark Ages' site was born. I have collected the book from the very first issue, and have enjoyed each and every page since then. StDA has undergone a massive change starting with issue #16... that is when Nat Jones and Steve Niles took over the artwork and writing for the series. I was so thrilled with where the book is heading under this new creative team, that I became inspired to spawn a tribute site to StDA. (SIDENOTE: I loved Liam McCormack-Sharp and Brian Holguin's work on issues #1 through #14, but there is something about the new storytelling and artwork that really appeals to me)

At this time, there are a few areas of the site that are still being created, but they are coming along nicely and will be brought to life very soon. Keep a lookout for the Issue Summaries and Character Profile sections... they will both be filled with high quality scans directly from the books and cool information.

Hope you enjoy the site as much as I have enjoyed its creation. I am truly excited about this project and hope fellow StDA fans find the site to be a worthy tribute to this awesome Spawn title!
